Aptitude V/s. Right Attitude November 03, 2024 After a lot of contemplation, I have concluded that success is a factor of right attitude rather than aptitude. You can be a person with an average aptitude, but if you have the right attitude, you are likely to be more successful. On the other hand, you may be a person with above average aptitude, but you do not have the right attitude, then your success will be lesser, than your actual potential. I am not saying, aptitude is not important, what I am saying is - right attitude is more important. I am carefully using my words here. The words are ‘ right attitude’ and not just ‘attitude’ because excess attitude is arrogance and less attitude is diffidence. So how does one define ‘ right attitude’?
