The power of words: I AM .   Yesterday, I attended a webinar where I understood the basic concepts of “Pranic Healing”. What I discovered and found amusing, was, all the different concepts of healing and living a better life are intricately linked to each other or have a common foundation. Pranic healing also talks about “Chakras” (the centres of energy in human body) and touches upon the laws of attraction and vibrations. I have analysed and filtered my learnings (including the learning from yesterday’s webinar) and thereafter narrowed down on the most basic yet effective practical way , of handling the stress and anxiety caused by the present situation. Handling covid: mentally. I have been wanting to write a blog or an article since some time now, but for some reason or the other, it has never really materialised. However, the present situation has given me an opportunity to write and share somethings which I have learned during this period. I hope you find this useful.
